Vegetables You Can Grow Without Full Sun
Usually when you think of a big beautiful plentiful vegetable garden you think of a full sun area. Which for some vegetables, such as peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, corn, and squash, full sun is ideal. Although if you don’t have a garden that is in the best location for sun light, it may feel like you can’t grow anything!
Don’t worry! We have some tips and vegetables that can actually grow with out being in full sun!
One thing to remember with veggies is what is your goal? If your goal is to grow a plant for the fruit or the root, it needs full sun. If you grow it for the leaves, stems, or buds, a little shade will be just fine. No vegetable will grow in full dense shade. The following do well with partial shade (three to six hours of sun)
